Title: Djerba-Style Grilled Prawns

16xWhole green prawns backs split open & deveined
2tsHarissa paste
4tbExtra virgin olive oil
1tbLemon juice
TOMATO RELISH
2xLg ripe tomatoes, diced
1cDiced shallotts
  Lg Spanish onion, diced
2tsChopped coriander
1tsGround cumin
1tbChopped garlic
2tbChopped capers
2tbLemon juice
2tbLight olive oil
  Pinch of sugar

Combine harissa paste, olive oil, and lemon juice and baste the cut flesh of the prawns. To make the relish, combine ingredients in bowl & toss lightly. Leave for 20 mins.
